Total compliance is achieved by ensuring that all employees are competent to carry out their tasks through training, information, instruction and consultation.
The final responsibility lies with the Managing Director who chairs the HSEQ committe. This committee ensures the organisation is guided and resourced to enable implementation and continous improvement of the HSEQ management system through periodic reviews to ensure suitability, and adequacy and effectiveness in respect of the impacts and risks arising from our activities.
